Shipping policy

The Global Covid19 pandemic may impact shipping and delivery times.

If a delivery has been delayed after it has left Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge and has not been received by the customer within 45 days - we will happily replace the order with the same items (if available), equivalent substitute items, a gift card in the value of the items purchased or a refund for the value of the items purchased.

Products that originate from Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge are shipped via USPS.  It may take up to 7 days to process an order, at which time a shipping label is created and the customer is contacted with a USPS tracking number that they can use to follow their package. 

Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge is not responsible for any delays in shipping, theft of product or any other issue that may occur once the package has left our facility.  

Products that originate from an off-site, print-on-demand facility (which is indicated in the description) may take longer to ship and Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge has no control over the processing time or the shipping speed.  A separate shipping notification should be sent to the buyer with a tracking number.
